Terms of use

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 18, we treat your account as a child’s account, which mainly means we default your settings to the private option and keep what we collect to a minimum.

One account per person. Do not share your password, not even with a friend.

• To keep your work available while your account is open, and to give it back to you on request.
• Not to sell your data or show you adverts.
• To tell you in the app before we change anything important, rather than editing these pages quietly.
• To be honest about what is finished and what is not.

That the AI is right. Marks, feedback, estimated grades and university chances are guesses produced by software. They are practice, not results, and they are not a substitute for your teacher. Do not treat a predicted grade as a prediction of your actual grade.

That it will never break. LearnInc is pre-launch. Features can change or disappear. We will try not to lose your work, and you can download a copy any time — it is worth doing before an exam you care about.

• Use it for your own revision.
• Do not try to break it, get into other people's accounts, or scrape it.
• Do not upload anything illegal, or anyone else's work passed off as yours.
• In study groups, pick a nickname that is not abusive and not your full real name.
• Do not use LearnInc to cheat in a way your school or exam board forbids. Getting an essay marked to learn from it is the point; submitting AI text as your own work is not, and that is between you and your school.

If you break these badly or repeatedly, we may suspend or remove your account. We will tell you why, and you can still get your data.

Nothing can charge you today. There is no checkout and no card form anywhere in LearnInc. The free plan has limits on the AI features; when you hit one, it resets on its own.

We expect paid plans to open around August 2026 at £35/month. When they do, we will say clearly what you are agreeing to before you agree to it. Nobody gets charged for something they signed up to before the price existed.

You keep ownership of everything you write. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you and process it to make the features work. If you delete it, that permission ends.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. You do not have to tell us why. See Privacy for what happens to your data.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away — including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
